At Ghostt, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied due to a problem, defect, or damaged item, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s how it works:

  1. Eligibility:
    You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached only in cases of a problem, defect, or damage within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. How to Return:

    • Email our customer service at ghosttbrand@outlook.com to initiate your return.
    • Include your order number and the reason for the return.
    • You will receive a return shipping label via email.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Ghost covers all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
    • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  5. Exchanges:
    Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

  6. Final Sale Items:
    Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
